We have a federal government that’s based on the British Parliamentary system where we have the two main parties the Liberals, the Conservatives, the NDP ( which I have consistently voted for since 2011) and the Green Party which has only one Member of Parliament named Elizabeth May representing the Saanich/Gulf Islands riding, where I have now lived in for four months after living in the Victoria riding for six years prior where I’ve always voted NDP. Between me and my younger sister, we would take Dad out for walks in his wheelchair around the block so that he could get some fresh air during the warmer months.When the fall/ winter season started he was less active and started to sleep more as a nurse told us that this was common with people whose Alzheimers was worsening. Thus the Advanced Stage Alzheimers diagnosis and by the time of December 21st , 2021 as our Dad passed away peacefully on December 21st, 2021 at 10:30 AM as my sister and I got to his room only to have him stop breathing. Which is why I believe that the Techbros. Unfortunately, I live in Canada 🇨🇦 in beautiful Victoria, B.C. where I have lived now for fifty four years. We have a federal government that’s based on the British Parliamentary system where we have the two main parties the Liberals, the Conservatives, the NDP ( which I have consistently voted for since 2011) and the Green Party which has only one Member of Parliament named Elizabeth May representing the Saanich/Gulf Islands riding, where I have now lived in for four months after living in the Victoria riding for six years prior where I’ve always voted NDP. Prior to that I had lived in the Esqumalt-Juan De Fuca riding for 33 years and voted NDP five times previously. only thing I could suggest is getting in touch with your family and friends and see if you could gather together for coffee ☕️ moon at a Starbucks or wherever you like to go or make plans to meet up at your house or someone else’s discussing the matter amongst yourselves and make a concentrated effort to get in touch with your Senator, Congressperson or House of Representatives member to discuss implementing a bill to have younger Republicans and Democrats run for office and see if they can work together on a retirement age limit so that we don’t have a candidate running who’s well past their prime.
